Hi

In the block the image links to the image.preview file, so it opens in a "popup" where you can view the image.
I would want this to link to the image-node.

Where, and how do I change this?

what block are you talking about? is this using image attach?

It is the random image block that comes with the image module

Here i will try to demonstrate in a screenshot. There is the same problem when viewing the thumbnails in the gallery.

The image links direktly to the image file (like the thumbnail in the block)
And the text below links to the node, which I want the image to do as well. (in the block and in the gallery)

I am not very good at php and stuff, so I do not know how to change it. Perhaps it is easy. Please reply as it is a huge problem.

Earlier versions of the image module worked fine and always linked to the node. But I need to use the latest version. I have a huge gallery containing several thousand images. Every bit of help would be greatly appreciated both by me and all of the sites users.

that looks like a problem with the lightbox module or what ever you're using for the pop-ups... you should be able to over ride the theme function to remove the image link.

Why does it work fine with previous versions of the IMage module?
I am not using any module to get the pop-up

Please consult Thickbox module's issue queue for further support. Image module is not guilty here.
