Hello,
As mentionned in the title, I can successfully import many images thanks to image_import.
Nodes are created : I can see them in the image table when connecting to MySQL database, and are accessible via the URL I noted thanks to the final message given by image_import (when we get the list of nodes, and the edit link image by image).
But when I try to have a list of these nodes going to Administer > Content Management > Content, filtering or not on "Image" content type, I got nothing in the list...
What's wrong ?
Thing to know that may help : I had previously an "image" content type that I had to delete for image_import to work properly...don't know if it could be related ?
Thanks for your help,

If you no longer have an image content type, then your nodes will be broken.

l_arbalette commentedI still have my image content type.
In the same time, I just figured out a new line of thought : as I said, I can access nodes by typing their ID in the URL : www.mydomain.com/nodes/ID
I changed 2 nodes created through image_import, to add a taxonomy term. Then, upon save, Drupal asked me to select the affiliates where to publich my node !
Indeed, I'm using Domain module, and I have 3 of them.
It seems that Image_import doesn't select a domain by default for each imported node : as a consequence, the "affiliate" field is empty (don't know the exact name), and Content List is unable to list these images not belonging to any domain.
Is it a "normal" behaviour ? or a bug ?
if it is a normal behaviour, this issue turns finally out to be a feature request.
If not, what's wrong on my installation ? any parameter that I missed ?
Thanks !

joachim commentedI imagine that image_import doesn't do anything at all for a node's domain -- it'll maybe get a default domain set, or nothing at all.
This isn't really something we can support -- we'd have to add extra handling for every single module that saves data about nodes.
What you probably need to do is something to set a domain on all the nodes you imported.

l_arbalette commentedok, thanks.
Will see with the Domain community, since I believe it should work. Maybe something's wrong on my setup.

l_arbalette commentedfor your information, the following thread I posted regarding my issue will show you that :
But anyway, if we want domains to be correctly managed by image_import, I would suggest to add the code in the image_create_node_from function, to correctly assign the current domain, and not the default one.
(since I'm n00b, syntax & rules may not be perfect => at least, it's working on my setup)
