I may not be looking in the right place to turn this off, but I can not find what i am looking for. I have a page that lists all of my different galleries. The gallery list shows up fine, but if I have images in that gallery, it also shows all of those thumbnails as well. What I want is for the main gallery list to only list the galleries with one thumbnail shown. Then the user has to click on the gallery to see all the thumbnails associated with that gallery.
I started looking around and saw some things for theming a gallery, but when looking over the PHP code for that, I did not see what actually triggers the creation of the gallery thumbnails on the Gallery list page and thus how to turn it off.
I am sure this has to be something simple that I am overlooking. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

drewish commentedi'm not sure i understand what you're asking... can't you just move the images/galleries around so that the /image only lists your galleries?

ElGringo commentedwell, I don't understand what you are saying.
Best way to describe it is to go to my site: http://lcw17.com/drupal/gallery/all
You will see two galleries listed, 2006Oct and Bard. 2006Oct has no images in it (yet) and Bard has 4 images. The Gallery heading for Bard shows the first image as a thumbnail which links to the Bard gallery, but below that gallery listing it also displays all of the images in that gallery. I do not want to show the 4 image thumbnails on this Gallery list page. How do I remove those from this page?
Thanks!

drewish commentedit looks like you're doing something wierd with the image gallery taxonomy. you've got those photos in the "all" category so they're going to show up on that page... i'm guessing you changed the gallery to a multi select and put the photos into multiple galleries.
