If I upload an image when editing a node, the image attached show in preview and in node render (node page and front page), but if I edited again the same node, the image is show as "tumbnails" in the image section, but IS NOT listed in the drop-down menu. After save the node no image is linked with the node.

I try with 5.x-1.4 and 5.x-dev, same problem. I have installed image gallery, image attach and image import. I installed tinyMCE but didn't use it to write the post.

I discovered that the image is correctly uploaded on the server, but the status is "unpublished". I check in the image type content, but the workflow default status is set to published.
