The "Attach Images:" setting on admin/content/types page for any node type is not saving correctly. Changing the value to disabled and reloading or returning to the page result in the radio button being set back to enabled.

This patch fixes the problem so that the radio button operates with the correct default value, and the settings are saved to the database correctly.
