* to Drupal 7: Still discussed in #513096: The Future of Image in Drupal 7
* to Drupal 6: Upgrade to 5.x-2.x first, if you haven't already. Afterwards, try the upgrade to Drupal 6 with 6.x-1.x.

Please read the release notes before upgrading!

I haven't found any relevant release notes in the 5.x-2.0 tarball. At least nothing that discusses upgrading as far as I can see.

If I want to upgrade from 5.x-1.10 to 5.x-2.0 (which is a prerequisite to upgrade my site from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6), where are the referenced release notes?

I'm not sure what the release notes of any of the 5.x-2.0 series has about upgrading: http://drupal.org/node/3256/release?api_version[]=78

We should probably remove that line from the project page.
