Fixed in latest 6.x branch (http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=455964) using RegExp:

find: dl.admin-list dt a\[href \$='(.*)'\] {
replace with: dl.admin-list dt a[href $='\1'],\ndiv.admin-panel ul li a[href $='\1'] {
