Is it possible to add/show metada of file (creation date of file, last updation time, size etc) beside the icon (where it i snow showing) and it can be controlled from site configuration->iconizer section?

No, this module provides only the icons nearby any file link. You can look for other contrib modules, or create a new one... maybe the hook_file() (if I remember it right) could help you.
