The problem is this:
I have pages in English and Vietnamese. So i create nodes with English selected and nodes with Vietnamese selected as language. When the language is on English in language switcher and i'm on an page with language = English and i switch language in the language switcher to Vietnamese i stay on the English page. And the English nodes are still visible while the Vietnamese are still hidden.
Only when i change page to main page with no language selected it updates and makes the English nodes Hidden and the Vietnamese nodes visible.

Please try to avoid posting an other problem in the same issue, it makes things messed up in the issue queue.
Your last question answer is go to www.example.com/admin/structure/block and "configure" Language switcher block. Set the "block title". Use to display no title, or leave blank to use the default block title. (It's called block title here, sometimes a title will be called "label", but the word "header" is more usually used for the page header region.)
