I had some issues with the upgrade from 3.9 to 3.10 (see https://www.drupal.org/node/2866614 & https://www.drupal.org/node/2616426#comment-12021957).
In the Aegir UI it says there is no hostmaster-7.x-3.10 platform and that my aegir site is running on platform hostmaster-7.x-3.9 but when I look at the core & contrib versions installed on the site, it's clear the site is using the newer codebase. In the shell I can see that both the hostmaster-7.x-3.9 and hostmaster-7.x-3.10 platform folders are there and both have my aegir site in them! In the hostmaster-7.x-3.10 platform, everything in the sites folder has permissions of aegir:www-data instead of aegir:aegir. I tried changing the ownership to aegir:aegir but then my aegir site stopped working altogether and just presents the standard Drupal install screen,
Any help would be appreciated.

inteja commentedAfter a couple of backup/upgrade/restore attempts I'm still getting errors upgrading from 3.9 to 3.10 (using deb packages) and group ownership for hostmaster sites folder is being set to www-data instead of aegir

helmo commentedNot sure why that is happening, but disabling the hosting_dns module before the upgrade is probably the easiest workaround at this point.
drush @hm pm-disable hosting_dnsYou can enable it again after the upgrade is you need.

helmo commentedI think this was fixed via other channels.
