Hard-coded strings in HoF module

Line 178 of hof.module initializes the following strings "week", "month", and "year". By design, these should not be hardcoded into the module, but rather pick up the corresponding localized versions. As a result, using this module in a language other than English results in some funny strings; I'm referring to "For the last {month|week|year}".
