HS 3 beta

Due to an overwhelming amount of school work, I was unable to go through the last batch of issues to get the beta out. I will get it done this weekend, for sure!

I'm afraid I didn't find the necessary time to get it done this weekend. I did reply to almost all issues though.
Now things look even worse: no expectations of any free time the next couple of weeks. I will probably get bugs fixed at a small rate, but that's better than none at all! :)

I've still got exams (one to go, on July 2), but I've got too much time to study it. So I'm now continuing development for 1-2 days.

There are now only 5 things that I still have to work on:
1) maybe, possibly change the way how "create new level" functionality works right now. I've received an excellent suggestion of Michael Angeles, but I'm not yet sure it'll work when enforce_deepest is used
2) rename: taxonomy.inc -> hs_taxonomy.module
3) rename: subscriptions_taxonomy.inc -> hs_subscriptions_taxonomy.module
4) rename: hs_views_taxonomy.module -> hs_taxonomy_views.module
5) new HS implementation: Drupal Menu API, issue: http://drupal.org/node/229945

#1 (http://drupal.org/node/276054) and #5 are done. Now I'll do #2-#4 and then I'll push out the first beta!
