Problem/Motivation

Helpers for:

- Get me the altered pathauto pattern, because PathautoGenerator::getPatternByEntity() only returns the pattern from the config, and not after it's had hook_pathauto_pattern_alter() run/
- Does an entity have an automatic URL alias or not (including if it has the checkbox turned off, does the current alias match the generated alias).
