How to reproduce:
1. Go to any group (you're joined and have moderator rights).
2. Go to `Pages` tab.
3. Click on the title of any unpublished page.

Current result:
1. We're getting `Access denied` page.

Expected result:
1. The rendered OG panels page.
OR
1. We should remove links on `Pages` tab for unpublished pages.

I had the same issue on a group for which I was the group owner: I was not able to see any unpublished page. Furthermore, I could not edit any page and add content; every time I tried, I got a 503 error.

The only development done on groups.drupal.org is to replace it. The plan seems to migrate it into drupal.org, as described in #2590497: [meta] Proposal to migrate groups into Drupal.org.
