Have a Rules action 'Subscribe user to group'

Scenario

Once user registered to the site, user will automatically subscribe or added into a specific group.

Tried using Rules, but doesnt have option in the Action component to achieve that.
Events: After saving new user (rules_entity_insert:user)
Condition: None
Action: User will be added into specific group

In D7, we have this action in Rules Subscribe user to group, we would appreciate if this option be added also in D8.
