Functions install and uninstall omit schema. Otherwise table graphmind_command is missing

Thanks. That part was an experiment for doing concurrent editing. Right now the feature is on hold until we have the time to develop the full feature. The code is removed from dev. Not necessary to update it's a cosmetic issue.
