My monitors just brought it to my attention that their name is not in the gradebook....
This is an urgent issue! I have the boxes for roles empty as organic group assigns them alll... why is the group admin excluded from the gradebook?

AntiNSA commentedI mean that http://thecenterofthenet.com/admin/og/og_user_roles are all empty... any ideas?
AntiNSA commentedEven after removign admin privleddges the member is not listed in the gradebook. I am pretty worried now to be losing students : (
Comment #3
AntiNSA commentedThrough configure roles removing admin "checkbox" and saving does not work; however through "Members" tab and then "demoting" causes the student to be listed in Gradebook
Comment #4
AntiNSA commentedhowever when promoted through "member" tab once again the student is lost from the gradebook once they gain admin status
Comment #5
AntiNSA commentedI am really having a problem getting my monitors to be recognized as students, they have both admin and student permissions... any ideas?
MGN commentedI thought this issue was fixed in a similar issue #809734: My admin role in in organic groups is excluded from the gradebook! any ideas why?.
Have you had a chance to try the gradebook_roster submodule?
AntiNSA commentedok I found out that demoting and repromoting works. How can I access the roster module? I have enabled it but cant find any settings?
MGN commentedWhen you enable the roster, a link appears above the gradebook page for each class. The teacher can access the class roster. I think this is all documented in the README.txt file, but let me know if it is not or if it needs further work.

AntiNSA commentedHey I am not trying to start duplicate threads.. I think I might have started one again.... That should be marked as a dupe because this was started already a long time ago..
I am still having the problem. Using og gradebook some students are gaven permission to allow members to join or kick out members,.... but in the gradebook role module I have selected them as the student role (not gradeing assistant) and they are not being allowed to create responses to assignments; although they are marked as a student.
Any ideas? I am wondering if when you change them from teacher to student if the permissions are retroactive.. I mean if the assignment was issued when they were a teacher role, and then you put them as a student is this what is preventing them from repolying? I have current ongoing assignments I cant delete and would like them to be able to respond to them.
Thanks for all of your hard work.
