FrancoNogarin commentedthis issue is present for me in beta 15 and I suspect it has to do with the SAME user being logged into the same account on two separate computers, after which this problem seems to persist. As an admin I am often logged into the same drupal instance with the same login from multiple places. This module does not work well under this circumstance, but I will do what I can to assist in fixing this or helping to work around it.

ankitchauhan commentedHi
Is your site accessible over internet?
suman.abc commentedHi there, any update on this issue?
ankitchauhan commentedI've tested this at my end, working fine. Is there anybody who can provide me test username/password of their website so that we can fix this issue, if exist.

oneblankspace commentedI'm having this same thing happen.
I close/minimize the actual chat (as opposed to the access box) and when I go to another screen, or the same screen, the chat box is back. This includes going to nodes I have not yet visited.
I just tried it as an authorized user, and the chat box went back to not the most recent chat, but to one before that.

ankitchauhan commented@oneblankspace - If you can provide me test username/password of your site, that will be very helpful to figure out the issue.

kap316 commentedLogging out does work, but ...... is there any fix to hitting the x button to close it for good?

ankitchauhan commentedHi
It was a very small jquery glitch, really hard to find. Now it has been fixed. Try new build 7.x-1.0-beta19.

Anonymous (not verified) commentedI tried the new version, but the problem still exists if there is more then one tab open. I'm using the jquery update module with JQuery version: 1.8.2 . Testet with Chrome and Firefox.

ankitchauhan commentedHi
I'm not able to re-produce this bug again. This module support jquery version >= 1.7. There may be a possibility, some other module is creating problem at your site.
Please feel free to re-open it again.

codym commentedI am having the same issue in IE and Chrome for mobile. Chrome for desktop works as expected. I would be happy to provide you with a test user. Hit me up.
