Something like "chat only with direkt friends" could be realized.

Have a look at the drupalchat module.
http://drupal.org/project/drupalchat
It has an integration with the user relationship module. You can borrow some code there.

its already in my plan with flag_friend module. But copying code isn't good thing all the time.

This module is so great for us, though it integrate with flag friend module, but who use user relationship module he/she aspect it with UR module for better ... drupalchat is good module, but i think google chat is the better chatting module in drupal.

I wish and aspect to get it with user relationship module. :-)

Optional integration with user relationship module has been added. Try alpha5/dev of 7x
