In the file googleanalytics.test, there are two instances where newer PHP array syntax is used.
Line 512:
$this->drupalGet('user/password', ['query' => ['name' => 'foo']]);
Line 515:
$this->drupalGet('user/password', ['query' => ['name' => 'foo@example.com']]);
Since PHP 5.3 is still listed as supported by Drupal 7 (https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/system-requirements/drupal-7-php-requireme...) and for consistency's sake, the older array() syntax should be used above.
Otherwise, for PHP 5.3 users, the Simpletest interface will show a white screen of death and the logs will output:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in google_analytics/googleanalytics.test on line 512
