In the Drupal 6.x versions, only UID1 is able to drag-and-drop the marker to fine-tune geolocation; other users with "admin gmaplocation" permissions are not presented with this option.

The Drupal 5.x version correctly allows those with "admin gmaplocation" permissions to use drag-and-drop to modify coordinates.

This bug was because for some reason during the Drupal 5.x to 6.x port, the permissions for gmaplocation were renamed from "admin gmaplocation" to "edit gmaplocation". In 6.x-2.x, these permissions are going to be expanded to have both "edit gmaplocation" (drag-and-drop interface only) and "adminster gmaplocation" (full administrative access, such as to set API key and features like map size when these are added).
