When I am logged in the, map is shown always.
When I am not logged in the map is often not shown, sometimes it is.
Simple tested with all prestation optimizing off (boost/drupal core optimizing) and reload the page a few times (CTR F5).

Try it on http://www.ditismirakel.nl/contact. The map is in the right 280x280 block area, or not? It works when I am logged in.

I removed the api key: no positive result.
I tried FF, IE and Chrome: all the same issue.
I checkt the block settings: ok.

I changed the block role settings, then (as anonymous) the first page renew shows me the map, the map disappears in the second page renew.

I found uit that block cache was the issue in performance settings. After switching that off the map was showing on every page renew.
