I've built a site that uses a View (pulling data from Locations into a GMap). Everything is great... except today I noticed that the Letters marker type stops at I and then repeats itself. This is a problem! Is there a reason why? Is this by design? Do we just need more icons? Thank you - I'll help to fix this, I just need some direction here.

Also, the Numbers marker type stops at 25. Why 25? Why not 99?

And by I ... of course I meant J - sorry, I didn't realize that "I" came before "J" - either way, the point is still the same... why stop so soon? And what can I do about this?

The reason is, "That's what we have available in the markers folder".

Actually, numbers go from 0 to 26. And letters go from A to J (letter1.png to letter10.png)
It really seems to me like back in the dawn of time, someone got things backwards and meant to make 10 numbers and 26 letters, dontcha think?

Anyway, this is how it has been since January 2006. ( http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=23290 ) I don't even know where the markers originally came from, you'd have to ask webgeer.
