Is it possible to have multiple content types with different location fields (not shared) on a single views gmap? So if I have Content Type A with location field 1, and Content Type B with location field 2, can nodes from both show up on a single map with different coloured pins? I see how to do this if you have a single location field that is shared by multiple content types, but my setup has multiple location fields.

Here is one way.
Edit your View.
In the Filters section, Add Node: Type then:
select which Content Types you want to map the location fields.
In the options below the list, uncheck "Force single" - allows you to select multiple types from the dropdown; and check the "Limit list to selected items".
The different color markers are set in Site Config -> GMap Location.
Select the marker types for the different Content Types.
