show map configured with location IN the node ?

maybe a silly question but...

I use location+gmap for some content type. when displayed, I manage to obtain a map with the location of a node through panels, through views (with a block), thanks to nodeID.
but is there any way to do it more easier, and to obtain a map directly IN the node ?

strange, I don't find any way.

I use 6.5 and last version of every concerned mod, was thinking to use cck map but does not seem to work for 6.x
