Im using the 2.x release of the libraries module as this is required by other modules (for example Mailchimp), however with Gmap, markers will not load unless the 1.x release of libraries is used.

Any advise or help on where to start with a patch to work around this would be greatly appreciated.

Closing this as I found that the "Custom markers path" needs to have something set. I think having upgraded from a previous version of Gmap in the past, it says "null" in this field in the admin and has to be set manually.
