Change the path of the configuration page.

Hello there! I noticed this module hasn't seen any action in about a year - but I thought I might try to get things moving with a simple issue.

Currently the Configuration settings for this module appear under "People," but since OAuth and other modules like Twitter are using the Web services grouping - I think Github Connect should too. That way there's more cohesiveness to modules using web services!
