Change order of State and City

I have created a View Block with the Format set to GetLocations. When you click on the Map Maker for the window to open the State comes before the City. I need to change that order. I feel like I have done this before but can't remember where I changed this. Can't remember if it is altering the code or just a click of a button somewhere in the settings. Any help would be appreciated.
