I made a ArcGIS plugin to be used with Geocoder. Currently it's only a sandbox project and based on the Geocoder Google plugin. It's available at: https://www.drupal.org/sandbox/pdenooijer/2599068

I was wondering, is there maybe a possibility of merging the plugin in to the Geocoder project? Or should I try to get it the official module status?

Here is a patch that add ArcGIS . It is working on my install but any extra help is welcome.
