Hi,

Just installed gallery 2 onto my website, and every time I go to this link:

http://www.davidgildeh.com/?q=gallery

I get an internal server error: page not found.

I also get this when I activate the gallery block. I am using the latest version of the gallery module and the latest version of gallery 2. Both are working independently, but not with the gallery module.

Any ideas?

Now I see a "Unable to initialize embedded Gallery" error. Please post your directory structure for gallery2 and drupal, and your gallery.module variable values.

Hi,

Sorry, I was hacking the code to see the problem and now I've found out.

I found the problem anyway. Basically I don't have enough PHP Scripting memory on my webserver to run Gallery 2 and Drupal together! My web hoster is crap, (don't ever use Streamline.net, even if they do offer unlimited space and bandwidth as their technical support/service is appauling!). and they don't give me the ability to increase this with .htaccess files.

Non technical question. Does anyone recommend any web hoster that offers at least 6GB, high bandwidth and MySQL/PHP hosting, with ability to use .htaccess files at a reasonable price? You need at least 16MB for Gallery 2 alone, and when embedded in Drupal I reckon you need at least 24MB to run OK.

Thanks,

Drazzig
