I really appreciate all the work that has gone into the Gallery Module that allows G2 to be integrated into Drupal. I've have successfully installed G2 for the most part but have one perplexing problem that is impacting a key feature for me.
I've enabled the Gallery ratings plug-in and all the functionality and images appear fine when viewed directly in Gallery2 (I log directly into Gallery2). However, I can only see the bar and vote count (no stars) when I view the same gallery through my Drupal based website.
Firebug is displaying syntax error on DocType HTML Public .... and an error "resetStarDisplay is not defined. Firebug does not display these errors when I log into gallery2 and view the photos directly. I'm not technical enough figure this out further, so I'm hoping that someone can provide guidance on what to to next. See attachments.

profix898 commentedThere are some known issues with js/css in the 6.x version of gallery module (with G2.3). The problems are related to the js cache and aggregator introduced with Drupal 6. The result is that some script are not loaded (and therefore executed) correctly. I'm currently working to resolve that. I hope to get an updated module ready sometime this week.
