Yes. It works as expected with the Domain Settings module. The only caveat is that you cannot modify the settings for one domain when you are not in that domain. Doing so would cause all of the values to be reset since only the values for the current domain are loaded on the form. (E.g., you cannot change a single setting on Domain 2 while seeing the form on Domain 1). Aside from that, it works beautifully!
