Using 4.7.0 RC4 tries both versions regular and CVS no difference.
Looking in the table it looks ok

The problem was in input filter!
I had set them backwards; you need to have the free linking filter take pace first. I set mine to -9
And the linebrake filter to 0.
Every thing works fine.

This module is a god send for storyboarding a new site. Saved days
