Just installed the module and trying to us it. Added this [[nodetitle:Page One]] in my content but it prints as is, no link created.

Did you enable the freelinking input filter for a text format used by the node, and is the freelinking Node Title plugin enabled?

It is required to enable freelinking input filter in your desired text format, and then configure which freelinking plugins are enabled for that filter.

Thanks, I had no idea I had to do that. I checked help and online but couldn't find the instruction.

Great. Please tell me how it goes with the drupal 8 version. There is still work to be done to consider it stable, but it should do the trick for now.
