Problem

Second-level items of main menu are hidden. Checkboxes “Show as expanded” for all items of main menu are checked, but these items remains unexpandable. Cache was cleaned but it doesn’t help — internal items are still hidden.

Proposed resolution

Nothing.

Perhaps try this? Go to Structure>Menus>Settings and set the secondary menu source to also be Primary Menu?
