That's it. 5.0 will not work at all with fquery in the modules directory once fquery has been activated.

Hi,

I'm guessing this is the same issue that's occurring when everyone with PHP4 installs this module.

You might want to consider updating fQuery's description and adding some notes into the README.txt of the package stating that PHP5 is required. I didn't see it in the documentation or on your site anywhere. It'd probably save everyone some panicking and you a lot of mouse clicks to close issues :)
