Compatible with RealName module

I have the RealName module installed and am interested in putting the user’s real name in the name textfield rather than his username. Currently, the textfield is filled with the default username when a registered user chooses to send a node by email. Moreover, in the Subject field where it says, “(Your Name) thought you would be interested in reading such and such,” how can I get it to display a user’s real name in the subject in lieu of “Your Name?”
