Hello,

I am using module Forward version 6.x-1.2

I have tried to send emails to some friends, no error has occured and I always see the information that "Thank you for your help in spreading the word about www.thinghiemvui.com. We appreciate your help." But no mail has been sent.

At the moment, sending mail on other modules is still working well such as registration mail or flagging mail etc.

Could someone help me what are possible causes of this problem? Does this module need special configuration from other modules?

Are you using any other mail related modules? Is your server setup to use anything other than the usual sendmail?

I found out where the problem is, it is caused by our SMTP server, it is supposed to send spam mails so that some other mail domains reject to receive mails from it. And those rejected mails are still stuck on SMTP server.

OK, glad to hear you got it sorted out. Any clues as to why they got marked spam?

I host my website as shared hosting plan meaning that not only mine but other websites are sharing the same SMTP server ( IP address too) for mail sending. Perhaps, one among them that got marked as spam has caused such plight for the remaining I guess.

The hosting company is solving this for me.
