Forward email looks all messy

The email that is sent looks all messy.

I found a field to edit the email but changing it seems to have no effect on the new email sent out.

Also the email sent out contains many fields that were not in the body of the editable email, how can I change those?

It's a bunch of texts following each other without line breaks or anything, looking really bad.

Anything with *stars* around is field entries or configurables that I expect to be there.
I did not expect the full page text content to be there, nor the [1][2] etc, nor the 3 URL's at the bottom.
Also the email has no line breaks.
It seems I cannot edit and remove the full page contents, or change most of what's in this email.
Why?
