remove the "email this page" link from certain pages

look under content types. You can remove it per node type.

If you only want a couple of specific nodes to lose the link (and not all nodes of a particular type), you can do it very easily via CSS:

#node-2 .links .forward_links, #node-5 .links .forward_links, #node-7 .links .forward_links {display:none;}

Where 2, 5, and 7 are the node IDs of the pages you wish to be linkless.
