I'm basing this on the drupal.org forums, and don't use this module on my own site, so can't dig into the code to debug. What I am seeing here in the forums is that topics that are moved to a new forum are still showing in the old forum with no indication that they are shadow topics. You can see this easily in the Community Spotlight forum because there aren't many topics and the mis-filed ones are easy to spot.

I'm guessing this was just an overlooked case in our nodeapi hook. I'll try to reproduce and get a fix up asap. Thanks.
