It seems that I'm the only active maintainer of form_builder at the moment and I'm not supporting 6.x-1.x since I don't use Drupal 6. Is this also reproducible in 7.x-1.x?

I added one more Implements under _form_builder_webform_form_builder_types_component() for fivestar rating field to enable for form builder. In display It shows fivestar like but on configuration part it will show dropdown for rating 1 to 5 out of 5. Default value can be selected and display rating as per the number mentioned in default value.

Check and let me know If we can improve it any way.

This should be handled in the webform fivestar module.

There is already an issue open in its issue queue so I'll leave this one closed off as is.
