Offering to co-maintain flysystem_s3

I understand that the original maintainers are no longer able to support this project. I am offering to add some support with the issue queue. I would ideally like to get this project into a position where we can create a stable release.

There are several open and RTBC issues, some making this project incompatible with Drupal 9 #3159928: uriScheme() method missing after update to Drupal 9.

I'd like to help merge this issues in. I'm currently working with a project using this module, and managing several patches is becoming increasingly difficult. My organisation has a vested interest in the stability of this module.

I've already been fairly active on some of the open issues of this module, and have also worked on two Drupal core issues that directly impact the functionality of Flysystem/S3:

• #3254553: FileUrlGenerator::generate() does not work with externally hosted files using stream wrappers
• #3254727: File links with query parameters no longer work

As this project is covered by Drupal's security policy (albeit only for stable releases, of which there are none yet). My d/o account has the permission to opt-in a project for security coverage.
