With the flexslider module active, internet Explorer 9 doesn't load the page, then crash, ask me to reload the page, then crash again.
I am using respond theme.
Deactivating the Flex Slider module gets the site working.

loaded libraries (sites/all/libraries) are : ckeditor, colorbox, excanvas_r3, flexslider, fpdi, geo_php, jquery.cycle, json2, PIE, respond.js, tagcanvas and tcpdf.

sounds like the issue comes from jquery 1.8, downgrading to jQuery 1.7.2 solves the problem.

I have no idea how to check the jQuery version I am using, I only have a libraries/jquery.cycle directory...

Drupal core supplies jQuery by default.

Drupal 7 uses 1.4.2 (I think)

Have a look at the jQuery Update module for more info.
