I pushed a fix. Forgot to add $t = get_t(); at the top of the function.

Do a pull and you should see the change come in.

Ok, I updated correctly. But now I got another error when I load a page with a slider on it :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function dpm() in /sites/all/modules/flexslider/theme/flexslider.theme.inc on line 133
Any idea?

If you enable the Devel module it will fix the issue. I've also pushed a another commit that commented it out. It's part of the debugging of the new theme functions.

I use your commit. Now, and after cleaning the cache, the page load well but the image formatter produce this error, one line of text:

My plan is to use Flexslider as a formatter in a Panel content.
