Numbers Drop-down Field

This new field is a drop-down menu with a list of numbers in steps. Configuration options include:

• Starting number
• Ending number
• Step size
• Prefix (e.g. $ or #)
• Suffix (e.g. %, inches, feet ", ', cm, km)
