Duplicate fields from another content type when creating a new content type

This patch is designed to take the tedium out of creating new flexinode content types by creating the fields for you. It also ensures you've got consistent form element labels, descriptions, etc. between forms.

When you add a new content type, simply select an existing content type from the drop down (preferably one that will have many of the same fields as the new content type) you want to copy the fields. Hit submit and you're done. Then delete and add fields to the new content type as necessary.
