Option to Show Empty Fields

This patch adds a checkbox to the settings page that makes flexinode display empty fields.

For my own purposes, I prefer this option on, as the page formatting would change quite a bit in some cases from one node to the next. Only 2 lines of code were changed to make this happen. I've only tested it in my environment, but it appears to work.
