Is there a Roadmap for a stable release of Flag 5.1?

Problem/Motivation

Is there a Roadmap for a stable release of Flag 5.1? Asking because I have a new contrib module in active development that has a dependency on Flag 5.1, and I don’t want to release a stable version that depends on modules that are not yet there.

Let me know if there is a roadmap, and if there are issues that the team can use assistance with to further that along, including testing patches or feature development, etc.
