aaronbauman is requesting the same thing in #536058: Provide an argument handler for fid/name/title, though I think it may be too late in the lifecycle of Views and Flag to make this change now without a lot of ugly upgrade paths (especially since default views are not upgradable by a module).

Won't fixing unless a patch is provided. This is more work than we'd get in returns.
